Kirk Hendry is a BAFTA-nominated director working across feature film and brand campaigns in live-action, VFX and animation.
Mako is an art collective formed by visual effects artists pursuing a more contemplative mode of making. This series approaches marine life through the traditions of portraiture and still life.
Alongside his film work, he has directed award-winning campaigns for ITV, BBC, American Express, WWF and The Guardian.
Born in New Zealand, he is based in London and works internationally.
